RE: loanDepot Cybersecurity Incident

We have been made aware of a Cyber Incident involving loanDepot, Inc.
Information regarding the scope, impact, and resolution has been limited, but loanDepot has indicated that updates will be posted to https://loandepot.cyberincidentupdate.com/.

For transactions involving the payoff of a loan where LoanDepot is the payee, servicer, or lender:
If the payoff letter from loanDepot was received on or prior to January 3, 2024, you may rely on the payoff letter. Payoffs should not be made by wire, even if the instructions permit or require a wire, until the cyber incident is resolved. Review all instructions carefully.
