Today Judicial is not only one of the largest title agencies on the east coast but also the most innovative in the nation and Richard Giliotti is at its helm.

Richard’s passionate nature is the driving force behind Judicial and is impacting the entire title industry.. Richard’s focus is on excellence and integrity. His vision for Judicial has taken our company from a labor intensive business to a developer of proprietary computer applications which have increased efficiency for Judicial and for its clients. The company has grown from a New York metropolitan agency to a nationwide title insurer. Judicial regularly acts as a qualified intermediary in Deferred Exchanges. Richard joined Judicial in 1983 as an assistant in the Recordings Department. He worked his way up, holding almost every job in the company, until 2002 when he was named Chief Operations Officer. Richard still manages to be very hands on at Judicial while expanding his involvement in the title industry as one of the leaders of the Agents Division of the New York State Land Title Association.

He has been the driving force behind a licensing bill and enforceable regulation in the title industry. He has been responsible for facilitating cooperation between the agents of the New York State Land Title Association and the New York State Insurance Department.
