Richard joined Judicial in 1983 as an assistant in the Recordings Department. He worked his way up, holding almost every job in the company, until 2002 when he was named Chief Operations Officer. Richard still manages to be very hands on at Judicial while expanding his involvement in the title industry as one of the leaders of the Agents Division of the New York State Land Title Association.

He has been the driving force behind a licensing bill and enforceable regulation in the title industry. He has been responsible for facilitating cooperation between the agents of the New York State Land Title Association and the New York State Insurance Department.

Vincent began his career with Judicial Title in 1991. He started while attending Pace University. Vincent spent several years in the Recording/Escrow Department as a clerk and supervisor. His experience in the Recording Department provided a thorough understanding of document recording, the closing process and the financial aspect of the business. After several years in the Recording Department he moved into the Legal Department as a Reader and Clearance Officer which helped to round out his understanding of the title industry from a legal perspective.

In 2002, he was appointed Vice President and has since been deeply involved in the accounting and day to day operations of the company.
